  • No experience needed- simple sessions designed for everyone. 
  • Whatever you can make time for, you are worth it. Even ten minutes can make a big difference.

A traditional yoga practice using breathing techniques and posture holds.

Vinyasa

A practice that uses breath to flow between postures.

Find the balance between effort and ease to unite body, breath, and mind. 


Sound

Sound healing is a deeply relaxing experience that brings harmony to the soul. 

Bathe in the frequencies of the singing bowls.
